                 These
                  terms & conditions apply to all Blue Mountains
                  Drama workshops (including After-school, In-school,
                  Holiday, Private and Adult classes) unless otherwise
                  arranged in advance and in writing with your tutor. 
 Enrolment & Payment:
 • Payment
                is due upon booking your place.
 • Payments received later
                than two weeks after commencing class will incur a late fee of $20.
 • Payment will not be
                refunded for non-attendance.
 Cancellation:
 • 25% cancellation fee
                will be charged if cancellation is made within 21 days
                of workshop commencing.
 • 50% cancellation fee
                will be charged if cancellation is made within 7 days of
                workshop commencing.
 • Once
                the workshop has commenced, no refund will be
                applicable.• Once processed, Creative Kids
                  vouchers cannot be refunded.
 • Blue Mountains
                Drama reserves the right to cancel workshops if we
                do not achieve a sustainable number of enrolments.
                Should this occur, you will be provided with alternative
                options or a refund.
 Blue Mountains Drama requires that each workshop
                participant indicate their  indemnity and media
                  release provisions upon enrolment via Try Booking
                or via hard copy with your tutor. This must be completed
                by a parent/guardian or adult participant prior to the
                commencement of your first workshop. Please include any
                medical/behavioural information that will assist
                us to care for, and work best with the participant and
                update us as required.
 
 Blue Mountains Drama requests that parents/guardians
                read our Child
                    Safe Policy upon enrolment.
 
 Blue Mountains Drama
                requests that you address any concerns you have
                about your enrolment or class with the class tutor as
                soon as they arise. This ensures a clear process and
                allows us to exercise our duty of care for all workshop
                participants. Should you wish to address an issue with a
                tutor other than your class tutor, please contact one of
                our three principals through our website.
 Blue Mountains Drama reserves the right to refuse
                  admission to anyone who poses a disciplinary
                  problem to our tutors.
 
 Blue Mountains Drama expects all participants to conduct
                themselves in a safe, respectful and inclusive manner in
                relation to fellow participants, tutors and venues.
 
 Blue
                Mountains Drama requires that parents/carers
                  supervise their children before and after class at
                all times. If parents/carers are running late for pick
                up, the tutor must be notified and late pick-up fees may
                apply.
 
 Blue Mountains Drama does not accept responsibility
                for personal property left at a venue.
 Blue Mountains Drama reserves the right to make 
                  last minute teaching artist substitutions.
 Blue Mountains Drama will store
                  your personal information in accordance
                with current privacy legislation.
